This report assesses the project design, implementation, and outcomes of a Royal Roads Master of Arts in Leadership student’s project. The evaluation assesses the contributions of the project to the delivery and measurement of airport security training to foster a culture for continuous learning and professional development at the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA), investigating what aspects of project design and implementation supported outcomes.
Project Evaluation: Support to the Development of Agroforestry Concessions in Peru (SUCCESS) Project
This report assesses the project design, implementation, and outcomes of World Agroforestry’s (ICRAF) project entitled ‘Support to the Development of Agroforestry Concessions in Peru (SUCCESS)’. An Outcome Evaluation of FTA’s Research Portfolio on Oil Palm
This report assesses the project design, implementation, and outcomes of FTA’s research portfolio on oil palm in Indonesia. Four projects from the portfolio were selected for in-depth assessment. The report documents and empirically tests whether and how intended portfolio outcomes were realized, with specific attention to the characteristics of projects’ design and implementation that contributed to changes in policy and practice within Indonesia’s oil palm sector.
Project Evaluation: Post-Conflict Truth Telling in Northern Uganda
This report assesses the project design, implementation, and outcomes of a Royal Roads Doctoral Student’s project. The report documents and empirically tests whether and how intended outcomes of the research were achieved, with specific attention to the characteristics of the project design and implementation that contributed to changes in empowering research participants, and post-conflict truth telling policy and practice.

The evaluation focuses on the characteristics of the project design and implementation that supported contributions to changes in discourse around gender and leadership in wildland fire to guide organizational practice at the British Columbia Wildfire Service.
